Dashboard
Upon creating a free account and signing-in, you will have access to all the current modules such as Goals, Vision Board, Gratitude Board, and Achievements, in addition to your own personal dashboard where you get a great overview of your goals, tasks, and achievements. Several additional modules are in development as we speak, so things will only get more exciting from here on!
Goals
SigmaYou allows you to create new goals, modify existing goals, as well as create and modify tasks required to complete these goals. This supports our philosophy of identifying a goal and getting started with it right away versus trying to achieve perfection on the first try! Instead, create a goal, create supporting tasks, adjust as needed, and be on your way to achieving your goals!
Tasks
In addition to the high level goals you are able to create. You can also create and maintain tasks and subtasks that will allow you to break down your goals into manageable items to complete. And you can view and maintain these tasks with several different features such as the Tree View, providing you an overview of the tasks to complete!
Vision Board
With SigmaYou, create and maintain a vision board. With your vision board, you can identify exactly what you want to have, be, or do in life. Visit your personal vision board on a daily basis to reaffirm what you want and stay focused on achieving it! SigmaYou also provides the capability to create a new goal from a vision, so your visions and goals will stay in sync!
Gratitude Board
Being grateful is fundamental to a positive state of mind, feelings of joy and optimism. Remind yourself of the things in life that you are grateful to know, have, and experience by viewing your personal gratitude board. Feel good and attract more of what you want by feeling grateful for what you already have!
Achievements
Feel good about yourself and your achievements. When you complete a goal, SigmaYou automatically stores it as an achievement so you can revisit what you have accomplished. In addition, you can manually add achievements and view them side-by-side with goals you have completed. Coming soon, you will be able to view these achievements in your own custom Bio page as well as share them with others!
Different Themes
You can even change the look of the site by visiting your profile page and choosing one of many pre-defined themes, with more to come!
Site Help
SigmaYou includes a Site Help feature that allows you to quickly get up to speed with the site by including step-by-step instructions and images. Each image can be opened up in a larger view including the straight forward details on how to perform each function, helping you to jump in and get started right away!
